Seymour Duncan SJBJ-1N Jb Jr Neck

Seymour Duncan SJBJ-1N Jb Jr Neck Black

Over the years, we’ve modded a ton of Strats at Sweetwater, and while many Strats come routed for a humbucker at the bridge, fitting a full-sized humbucker at the neck can be a real pain. That’s why we’re so glad to offer this single-coil sized Seymour Duncan’s JB Jr. SJBJ-1. It may be half the size of the original JB, but the SJBJ-1 delivers the tone of this hugely successful humbucker. What’s more, its pole pieces are adjustable, allowing it to more closely emulate the magnetic field of a full-size humbucker along with controlling the string-to-string balance. While it’s not quite as hot as a Duncan Hot Rails model, the high-end response of the JB Jr. SJBJ-1 more than makes up for it. If you play a Strat and you want to toss a Duncan JB humbucker in the neck, the JB Jr. SJBJ-1 is a total no-brainer.

Features:

• Single-coil-sized neck/middle humbucker that delivers the sound of the legendary Seymour Duncan JB
• Drops into the neck position of any standard Stratocaster — no routing needed!
• Twin-coil design with adjustable pole pieces lets you fine tune your string-to-string response
• Emulates magnetic field of a full-size humbucker, with high output, great harmonics, and sweet high end
