The Bassbreaker 18/30 Two-Channel Combo offers two amps in one chassis, with circuitry capable of producing from brilliant clean sounds to powerful overdrive. Brownface and blackface timbres peacefully coexist side-by-side in this stunning tube amp, a no-frills workhorse designed for maximum tonal flexibility.
The Bassbreaker 18/30 Combo is “pedal-friendly”, it has the circuitry of two famous Fender amps improved with the addition of the aggressive mids of the EL84 power amps complementing the dual 12AX7 preamps. The clean channel is bright and resonant thanks to the 30-watt Blackface Deluxe build, while channel 2 is based on an 18-watt Brownface Deluxe ’61, capable of switching from warm clean tones to roaring overdrive. The combo features two 12-inch, 8-ohm Celestion V-Type cones mounted in a lightweight cabinet.
Adding the Bassbreaker BB-212 kick drum creates a powerful mini-stack, while using the footswitch easily switches between channels during live performances. With its dual-cone setup, accessible fuse panel and vintage look with dark tweed cover, and blocky Fender logo, the Bassbreaker 18/30 Combo is destined to become a modern classic both on stage and in the studio.
