In its new incarnation, the Palmer Pocket Amp MK 2 offers a wide range of authentic tube amp sounds, from ultra clean to the most driven high gain distortion. With 3-position swiych switches for amp design, gain structure, and speaker miking simulation, the MK2 circuitry allows you to easily configure vintage and modern sounds, as well as your own high-performance amps, while providing a superior S/N ratio.
For added flexibility, the Pocket Amp MK 2 offers master controls for drive and output level plus a 2-band EQ that has been carefully tuned for guitar use. Palmer Pocket Amp MK 2 is not only the ideal tool for direct recording, it can also be used as a studio amp, overdrive or distortion pedal and DI box. With a PA and monitor system, it can even replace a stage amp. Pocket Amp MK 2 requires a 9-volt battery or a power supply such as the Palmer PW9V.
