The limited edition HM Stratocaster sports the same unique look and specs that helped the ’88-’92 models compete with the trendy imitators of the time. Built in the same factory as the original, the HM (Heavy Metal) Strat features a narrow “C” neck with a unique 25.1″ scale, 24-fret jumbo rosewood fingerboard with 17″ radius for virtually effortless bending. A Floyd Rose Special recessed bridge keeps everything perfectly in tune even after the deepest dive-bombs, while the high-gain HSS pickup configuration offers warm humbucker sounds that can be split for more traditional Stratocaster sounds when paired with single-coil neck and middle pickups. Other features include Gotoh tuners, contoured “F” logo knobs, and highly stylized 1980s “Strat” logo.
