Supercharged with an astounding amount of sound and incredible technical features, the Bassbreaker 15 combo is the new evolution of the classic Fender Bassman sound. The redesigned circuitry offers a new sense of saturation to the sound – that sense of sonic pressure that gave birth to hard rock. On stage and in the studio, it guarantees a wide spectrum of rock sounds. This chameleonic amplifier roars with overbearing, aggressive mids, projected by a trio of 12AX7 preamp tubes through two EL84 power amps, for 15 watts of total power.
The special three-position Structure switch controls the amp’s voicing, for a range of sounds from soft to wild! All of this is sculpted in the traditional Fender control system (Bright switch, Treble, Mid and Bass) and enhanced by a digital reverb that gives the right amount of space. Recording-friendly features include a PowerAmp Mute switch with flashing indicator light, XLR line outputs with speaker emulator and ground lift, 4, 8, 16 Ohm selector switch, additional 1/4″ jack output and effects loop. This robust combo is equipped with a 12″ 8 Ohm Celestion V-Type cone for exciting vintage and modern sounds, and can be connected to a BB-112 or BB-212 speaker to create a mini-stack with high tonal and visual appeal.
