The Bluesbird is Guild’s latest return to a historic solid body model. Originally introduced in 1970 as the solid body counterpart to the M-75 Aristocrat, the Bluesbird has undergone several aesthetic changes over the decades. It features a carved maple top and retains many of the characteristics of the late 1960s M-75 Bluesbird. Its lightweight mahogany body with chambers offers unmatched resonance and comfort, making this guitar one of the lightest in its class. The Bluesbird has a 24 3/4″ scale length and a vintage C-shaped neck for fast playing. In addition to its faithful-to-the-original features, the Bluesbird is equipped with Seymour Duncan pickups made in the USA, as well as a TonePro tune-o-matic bridge, making it the most versatile version ever made. Grover Sta-Tite tuners complete the package.
