The 2017 Gibson Les Paul Faded is the first standard Les Paul in the 2017 catalog in terms of price. It features a mahogany body with weight-relief holes in an ultra-modern pattern. This design provides the instrument with greater sustain while reducing the body’s weight, making it comfortable to play.
The neck is made of maple and features a 60’s Slim Taper profile, which is fast and comfortable.
The pickups are a pair of Gibson 490R and 490T humbuckers, offering a tone that is both warm and aggressive. These are highly versatile pickups, performing well on both clean and overdriven tones.
