Marcus Miller and Sire want to see everyone having fun and making music. To make that happen, Marcus Miller and Sire have been on a mission for several years to build the highest quality bass at a price never heard of, and make it accessible to everyone. The result is a new line of exceptional-sounding, great-looking, high-quality Marcus Miller bass models, but at a remarkably low price.
Built with high quality woods that are not common in this price range. It features a set of high-quality Marcus Miller Vintage-J Revolution pickups, made with Plain Enamel coil made in the US and complete with 1970s pickup spacing, which give the V7 Vintage a more vintage bass sound. Rounded fingerboard edges, something only Custom-Shop basses can boast, are now on the Sire 2nd Gen. These edges will give bass players a firmer, more natural grip than other typical keyboards. The Marcus Miller Heritage-3 preamp system with 3-band EQ was recently developed to meet Marcus Miller’s need for versatility, and to cover various styles of musical.
