This is the new MIA series, a series introduced in 2009 by Massimo Varini, which represented EKO’s return to the levels of popularity and fame it had in the 1960s.
While the main features of the MIA used in the past years have flowed into the EVO series, the peculiarities of the new production are presented in the selected Cedar top, the lowered thickness of the body, which is able to transmit more vibrations to the player, thus increasing the feeling with the instrument, rosewood sides and back for depth, dynamics and warmth of sound; rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and fast and smooth neck. This series represents the guitars that most successfully combine the needs of the professional with the value for money that has always distinguished the Eko brand.
