The Epiphone ES-339 re-proposes within the product collection “Inspired by Gibson” the model that for over a decade has become one of the most popular of the ES collection.
The ES-339 is basically a version with a smaller body than the ES-335. The result is an instrument that is halfway, in terms of sound and playability, between a solid body guitar and a semi-hollow body. Compared to the ES-335 model, in fact, it has a more incisive attack, a characteristic that makes it perform well even in overdrive sounds.
