The San Dimas alder body is coupled with a bolt-on maple neck with a pair of graphite reinforcement bars to resist bending and warping under environmental stresses. The neck profile is designed for lightning-fast speed and completely unimpeded shifts, while the rounded fingerboard edges offer the feel of an instrument with many miles on its shoulders. Perfect for faster tempos, the 12“-16” compound radius ebony fingerboard houses 22 jumbo frets and black dot inlays. A heel-mounted truss rod adjustment wheel for quick and convenient neck adjustments is a must.
Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 humbucking bridge pickup and Seymour Duncan 59 SH-1N neck pickup are mounted directly on the body for enhanced vibration transfer. This powerful set of pickups churns out a high-octane rock ‘n’ roll sound with lots of harmonics.
The volume control hides a push/pull coil split for even more tonal variation while the no-load tone control works like a standard tone control from positions one through nine, removing itself from the circuit at position ten for a transparent sound that allows the natural guitar sound to shine through.
