The SE McCarty 594 is PRS’s electric guitar that brings the famous McCarty 594 platform to the SE series. This vintage-inspired guitar offers both humbucker and single coil tones in a reliable and robust instrument. Thanks to separate volumes and push/pull tones, the SE McCarty 594 offers numerous sound possibilities. The McCarty 594 model joins the SE series, bringing a versatile instrument thanks to tone controls that allow for single-coil sounds.
The 58/15 LT “S” pickups have been carefully designed to offer a warm, vintage-inspired tone that is sweet and clear. The two-piece zinc bridge and vintage tuners are the hallmarks of the SE McCarty 594 and maintain the tradition of this model, while the classic PRS body shape and Birds inlays add a touch of modern style. Other features include the 22-fret Vintage Pattern, which has a slightly thicker back to increase sustain.
