Schecter wants to celebrate a path, a journey, a story that continues, but also to pay tribute to what is the very symbol of American electric guitar history: the Strat. It takes us on this journey with a name born at the western end of Route 66, which has been part of New World culture, music and thought for half a century now. The name that was first juxtaposed with the concept of the Super-Strat, born in a small lutherie workshop and then spread across the globe.
Six models developed exclusively for the Italian market, unavailable elsewhere in the world, all with Alder body and Roasted Maple neck, self-locking tuners and two-pivot tremolo, but different in the choice of pickup configuration and fingerboard woods. Six instruments with their own very strong sonic identity, but united by an exceptional playability that establishes their uniqueness. Each of these guitars is a stop on the Mother Road, each instrument a story, a soul, a journey. Saint Louis is a plunge into the American Mid-West, made up of contrasts and beauty, deep traditions bordering on the tribal and modernity pushed to the extreme.
