The Tokai ULS101F is a single-cut guitar handcrafted in Hamamatsu, Japan, with unparalleled care and attention to detail. This LP-style guitar is built according to the dictates of the Golden Era of single-cut guitars, respecting the dimensions, designs, choice of woods, and tones of the past: the body is made of two pieces of mahogany, the top is flamed maple, and the neck has an asymmetrical U-shaped profile, much appreciated and dreamed of by purists.
Producing musical instruments since 1947, with the commitment, care, and passion of an entire family that, more than 80 years after its foundation, continues to offer the same philosophy as in the beginning, updating it to the demands of the modern market. This is Tokai: a Japanese company based in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, born from Tadayouki Adachi’s idea of producing high-quality instruments, which was then developed and expanded into what it is today, one of the most highly regarded guitar manufacturers in the entire Land of the Rising Sun.
