The new GP-10 offers a universe of incredible sounds and tunings in one compact, easy-to-use unit. With a Roland GK pickup, you can use numerous sounds of electric and acoustic guitars, basses, and synths, including the legendary GR-300. In addition to all this, you will be able to use different types of tunings, including open, 12-string and “down” tunings for modern ultra-heavy music genres. In addition, GP-10 is also a powerful multi-effects processor for traditional pickups, with a wide selection of COSM amps and effects, ideal for recording and live performance. Thanks to the USB jack, you can connect directly to a computer and record directly to your favorite DAW software or drive Virtual Instruments thanks to the guitar-to-MIDI converter function. The new GK-3, while retaining the hexaphonic pickup concept, introduces some new features that should be highlighted. The enhancement of the sensors located on the pickup itself helps to improve the quality of the signal picked up by the pickup. At the conversion stage, the improved signal quality associated with state-of-the-art guitar synths or GK/midi converters such as the GR-20S or GI-20 results in high-precision tracking.
