Octaswitch II
The Octa-switch MK II has a couple of new features. The ninth switch on the left side of the case is a bypass switch. This allows you to completely bypass all eight pedals and enjoy only the unaltered sound of your amp. There are also two external switch jacks that allow you to use two amplifiers, or turn on the channels on them.
Once you have programmed all the Banks, we recommend placing a piece of scotch tape or duct tape over each DIP (…. Just to protect the sensor from accidental shutdown, damage, or flooding …. like beer). There is one mono input and one stereo output, and the unit is powered by two 9V batteries, or a stabilized power supply such as the Big John or Power Pro (both from Carl Martin).
Turn the numbered switches in each of the eight DIP switches on or off to decide which effects to use simultaneously in each Bank. There is a blue LED for each cycle of effects used and for each Bank (so once they are programmed, when you press Bank 6 you will see the lights of all the effects you have assigned to Bank 6 and the LED of Bank 6).
