Strymon Sunset USATO cod. 19524

The new Strymon Sunset offers the best of classic overdrive circuits, specially customized for rewarding instant control of a wide range of sought-after sounds. Strymon has researched six unique circuit types found in many iconic classic overdrives, and combined them together into a single two-channel unit. Sunset is really two customizable overdrives, selectable completely independently, and with a flexible signal path, specially designed and calibrated for complementary sounds when combined. Six distinct circuits that react differently under your hands, two in one, together in the same convenient package. Push your amp any way you want, from the most transparent sound to the most saturated, going all the ways in between. Since the days when overdrives were created simply to push an amplifier to the limit in order to get a saturated sound even at an acceptable volume, guitarists have quickly evolved to wanting more levels, of multistage sounds. The sum of multiple stages gives more flexibility and a greater range of available sounds. You can find an overdrive that sounds very good on its own, but passing it through a second overdrive reaches a new dimension of sound. The Sunset allows you to use each of the six overdrive circuits individually, or to sum channel A overdrive through channel B, or conversely channel B through channel A, or even to use the two circuits in parallel.
