The BX5 D3 was meticulously designed to provide accurate sound reproduction. A Class A/B amplifier with high amplitude, powers a 5″ military Kevlar woofer and a silk dome tweeter. The speaker features a bi-amplified design, so it presents a powerful and accurate sound. A rear port was built with a specific length and diameter to produce deep, defined bass. A custom waveguide eliminates unwanted high-frequency diffusions, ensuring that BX5 D3 imaging is correct. And don’t worry about placement – an LED on the front panel illuminates when the BX5 D3 is at the ideal angle for monitoring.
