With a design reminiscent of the fabled RCA blackplate 6L6GC, the Sovtek 6L6WXT+ is one of the most reliable and least microphonic 6L6 tubes currently available. Please note that this is a true 6L6GC; the 6L6WXT+ yields an average of 20% greater output than the Sovtek 5881WXT. The OEM output tube in countless modern guitar amplifiers, identical in construction to the Mesa Boogie STR-430 and Electro-Harmonix 6L6EH. I purchase these tubes directly from the manufacturer in bulk boxes (just as the major amp companies do) and repackaged them in white boxes.
