Soundcraft introduces the new Ui series of remote digital mixers, providing the unprecedented ability to mix audio from any Wi-Fi-connected device anywhere. Integrated into the new Ui12 and Ui16 is a Wi-Fi router that can be controlled from a Tablet, PC or Smartphone. They have a platform compatible with iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS and Linux devices, and up to 10 control devices can be used simultaneously. In addition, Ui12 and Ui16 feature dbx, Digitech and Lexicon DSPs, including dbx AFS2, Digitech Amp Modeling, and more. Gain and phantom power, 4-band parametric EQ, high-pass filter, compressor, de-esser and noise gate on all input channels can be remotely controlled and recalled from both models. 31-band graphic equalizer, noise gate and compressor on all outputs, plus a real-time frequency analyzer (RTA) on inputs and outputs. There are also three dedicated Lexicon effects buses for Reverb, Delay and Chorus. In addition, mixer controls include Sub Group, Mute Group and View Group, among others.
