Whether you’re ready to travel, go to the beach or laze around the house, small-body acoustic guitars can be the perfect companions, which is why demand never seems to slow down. With a few modifications and careful design, small-body guitars can sound fantastic and much louder and more balanced than you might think.
The LJ2E is a fantastic “Little Jumbo” with wonderful projection and balance. It is made with high quality solid Sitka tops and is carefully designed to get the best out of its small body while remaining clear and balanced. Many small-bodied guitars will have a “tubby” or “muddy” sound. Alvarez has managed to give the sound clarity, balance and volume, making it a fun instrument to play and a great traveling companion.
